Financial transparency

The Compton Foundation practices “all-in philanthropy,” using all of our assets—grants, investment capital, and human resources—to advance our mission. Since 2011, we have built an investment portfolio that aligns our assets with our values. We share our financial information to encourage other foundations to share theirs.
