Creative Catalysts

WeAreWater is an immersive audio and video artwork by Creative Catalysts (fiscal sponsor: Wild Projects) illuminating the social and environmental history of San Francisco’s relationship as well as introducing new resilient ways of relating to water. WeAreWater is free to the public along foot trafficked spaces above ancient S.F. water sources beginning above the now named Mission Creek in unceded Ohlone land. The audio and video exhibit brings the sights & sounds of the submerged stream to life, interweaving these with the diverse voices of the Mission community sharing their personal and cultural relationship to water. In addition, an accompanying website will share solutions for building a more respectful and resilient relationship to water.
