Bold Alliance

For the better part of a decade, the Bold Alliance (fiscal sponsor: Bold Education Fund) has been working to protect the land and water from risky fossil fuel pipelines, leading by example with its work to stop the Keystone XL pipeline and offering technical and strategic assistance to other regions through a Pipeline Fighter Hub. With a deep belief in the power of “small but mighty,” Bold’s team focuses on lifting up rural communities in traditional climate change fights and bringing to the table the stories and voices of farmers, ranchers, fisher folk, Tribal Nations and other frontline communities that often get left out of the debate and yet are the ones who carry the risks of the pipelines. Bold has an intense focus on rural communities and ending the abuse of eminent domain for private gain.
