The Highland Project invests in Black women leaders, or “Highland Leaders,” giving them the space and capital to rest, dream, and build. They provide three critical resources: an 18-month experience of curated gatherings anchored in rest, creativity, and imagination; direct, unrestricted capital; and a community of Black women leaders across generations, sectors, and seats of power.
