GenderSmart (fiscal sponsor: Impact Assets) is a global initiative dedicated to unlocking gender-smart capital at scale by building the capacity and connectivity of gender finance investment influencers and thought leaders, intermediaries, and experts. GenderSmart’s work revolves around a clear bias for action, shared learning, and dialogue. The initiative’s network amplifies the field’s successes and innovations, challenges static thinking, and holds each other accountable. Foundation grants have supported emergent work on racial justice in impact investing and the Gender and Climate Working Group.
